With over twenty years of experience in applied research and innovation, Mr. Frédérick Blouin has held the position of General Manager of CIDCO since 2025.
His career is distinguished by strong, mobilizing leadership, solid expertise in organizational management, and a deep understanding of the innovation ecosystem in Québec. He has successfully led growth strategies, the development of strategic partnerships, and the advancement of research in multidisciplinary contexts.
His appointment as General Manager marks a new chapter in CIDCO’s development, strengthening its mission to advance hydrographic sciences through innovation, training, and technology transfer.
